Zen: a state of meditative calm
One of my biggest challenges in life is finding ways to achieve this state. Life is so fast these days, and I constantly feel like I’m forgetting something (which results in the direct opposite of zen).
The one thing I know for sure that helps me feel calm is finishing whatever I’ve started.
I committed to completing this Challenge by the end of April and this morning, I still had 5 letters left on my list. No one was going to arrest me for taking a bit more time to complete it… But…

I would have driven myself mad for not finishing in the prescribed time.
This quality of mine many have labeled as compulsive. Perhaps it is. (I did write 5 blog posts in less than 24 hours)
I do know that even if no one reads this last post, I am going to have the most peaceful sleep tonight, knowing that I’ve done what I set out to do.
